📋 Description
• Provide empathetic assessment and treatment of behavioral health needs via telehealth • Establish trusted relationships with Legacy Employees and coordinate care with primary care provider and other professionals • Conduct individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices • Develop coordinated treatment plans in collaboration with treatment team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar field required • Minimum 3 years post-training experience required • Active state medical licensure in OR required (preferred licensed in both OR & WA) in any of the following roles: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Therapist • Must reside in Oregon or Washington
