Description

•Conduct telehealth counseling sessions for SUD and/or mental health disorders using PursueCare’s platform and EHR system. •Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, facilitating ongoing care through case conferencing and consultations. •Administer or review validated assessments to inform treatment strategies effectively. •Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, operations staff, partnering providers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive patient care. •Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system, supporting billed CPT codes and treatment outcomes. •Assess and intervene in crisis scenarios, advocating for patients and providing necessary resources and referrals. •Conduct sessions from a professional, private, and distraction-free environment to uphold patient privacy and comfort.

Requirements

•Master’s level degree or above, with a current independent license to practice (LISW, PhD, PsyD). •Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth counseling. •Prior experience in substance use treatment preferred.
