•Talkiatry’s mission is to transform psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. •We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment. •60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible. •Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs) to join our team of providers.

•Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. •Excellent clinical knowledge, communication and organizational skills. •Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes •Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care. •Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline •A commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care.
