📋 Description
• The Therapy Development Specialist (TDS) will drive downstream execution for U.S. marketing and Venus Thromboembolism Education (VTE) initiatives • Key member of the downstream marketing and customer engagement team • Manage multistate geography to drive VTE education programs • Foster strong relationships with external clients and internal partners • Act as regional VTE care path expert • Develop and execute education and clinical care path strategies • Communicate with regional sales team • Identify and develop care path KOL’s and educational program opportunities • Represent marketing as key point of contact • Stay current with clinical data related to thrombectomy
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive responsibilities • BSN/RN experience as a PERT, VTE or Stroke Coordinator preferred • 3+ years in program development and clinical quality improvement • Experience developing strategic customer initiatives • Program Management, especially LEAN Sigma experience, is a plus • Strong team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills • Willingness to conduct company business outside of typical work hours
