📋 Description
• The HIM Analyst is responsible for supporting Health Information Management (HIM) functions by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of patient health information. • This role involves data analysis, auditing, and reporting to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and support the effective use of the Epic EHR system. • The HIM Analyst will leverage analytical skills and decision-making capabilities to enhance HIM processes and outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in health information management, Health Informatics, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in health information management or a related field. • Experience with Epic EHR systems. • RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) certification preferred. • Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other healthcare compliance requirements. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
