Description
• Fully Remote Senior Compliance Officer responsible for compliance with federal and state laws. • Develop risk management framework, create policies, analyze risk exposures. • Collaborate with departments to implement risk control measures and ensure compliance.
Requirements
• Consumer finance laws and regulations including TILA, ECOA, FCRA, ERISA and GLBA. • Banking compliance laws and regulations including BSA/AML, Reg Z, and UDAAP. • 5+ years’ experience in FinTech or Banking Compliance, with a focus on consumer protection. • Familiar with Healthcare Patient Finance and/or Banking as a Service model.
