Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role • Proven experience in building and scaling platform infrastructure in a fast-paced environment • Strong background in system architecture, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and DevOps practices. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and professional development. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
