🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. • Proven track record of managing and scaling successful marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email, and other digital channels. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions. • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and project management software. • Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mentality. • Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
