β€’ Account Manager is accountable for managing and strengthening relationships with enterprise/multi-channel clients β€’ Focus on exceeding client expectations through management, oversight, and execution across several digital channels β€’ Act as the liaison and agency point of contact between clients and internal teams β€’ Focus on improving client satisfaction and retention β€’ Track and manage contract renewals and upsells β€’ Join the sales team on prospective client meetings and assist with audits/preparation β€’ Develop case studies and testimonials β€’ Develop new and refine existing processes that can be utilized across teams

Requirements

β€’ Bachelors Degree β€’ Knowledge of and ability to communicate all digital services β€’ Ability to build strong client relationships β€’ Confident presenting to clients via phone and in-person β€’ Minimum 1 year of experience with paid search, social, and display marketing platforms, and tracking/tagging methods β€’ 5 + years of total professional experience β€’ Ability to manage change and maintain a positive attitude
