Description

• Head a multi-continent multi-discipline team in an all-remote organization • Build and lead a team of Cyber Security & IT Operations • Create the Strategy and roadmap for new SOPs, process improvements, and projects • Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of ITIL processes • Oversee secure identity and access management • Manage the IT Ops departmental budget • Vendor Management with software and hardware vendors • Participate in IT Security improvements and support • Own and maintain Cyber Security & IT Operations applications • Document and enforce IT policies and procedures • Measure and maintain team’s ability to meet Service Level Agreements

Requirements

• Academic background in STEM • 10+ years of IT and/or Security leadership experience • 5+ years’ experience in IT operations management • Strong understanding of Identity Management, API integration, Scripting • Experience partnering with internal information security and compliance teams • Team building experience • Experience working on a fleet of MacOS and Windows endpoints • Proven ability to effectively lead and meet business objectives • Change management knowledge • Desirable certifications: CCSP, CISSP, GPEN or similar
