🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with 1+ years in a lead role or similar position • Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (or equivalent platforms like AWS), including Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, GKE (Kubernetes), and autoscaling • Deep knowledge of databases, particularly MongoDB and Firestore, with experience optimizing for performance at scale • Proven experience building and scaling platform infrastructure in fast-paced environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations • Solid understanding of system architecture and cloud practices • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on mentoring and team development
