Description

• The Customer Success Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex and strategic projects that align with the organization's goals, objectives and strategic plan. • In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide range of strategic projects that drive business growth and efficiency. • They consider how projects can benefit the company's efficiency and competitiveness, and ensure that project goals match the company's mission. • SPMs are responsible for: Developing project plans, coordinating resources, evaluating decisions, and reviewing project flow. • You will do this by working closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic projectsStrong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Clickup, AsanaProficiency in project management software (e.g., Clickup, Asana, Trello, Jira, Excel) • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
