🎯 Requirements
• 6-10 years of experience in global Talent Management programs or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or product company. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred. • Proven ability to develop and implement global talent strategies that drive business outcomes. • Experience in revamping performance management systems and designing job architectures. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret key metrics and translate them into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
