โ€ข The Travel / Operations Support Specialist coordinates and implements the Guardians of Honor (GOH) travel management process. โ€ข Serving as primary point of contact for NASA approved travelers. โ€ข Perform administrative, organization, coordination, and reporting tasks as needed. โ€ข Monitor and respond to inquiries sent to NSTEM_Travel@gohnow.com email box. โ€ข Maintain/update the database of all Travel Request forms. โ€ข Ensure GOH payment methods and/or credit cards on file are updated as needed. โ€ข Coordinate with management for escalations, approvals for travel reservations, and reimbursement processes. โ€ข Support other departments with meetings and help desk assistance as needed.

Requirements

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree required. โ€ข At least 2 years of relative experience. โ€ข Must have advanced proficiency in MS SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and a variety of virtual meeting platforms (i.e., Zoom, Teams, etc.) โ€ข Demonstrates professionalism in conduct, perspective, and all aspects of work. โ€ข Demonstrates the ability to plan and maintain control of time spent on specific tasks, with intent to work smarter, not harder. โ€ข Demonstrates proficient written and verbal communication skills in daily communication, client interaction, and work products. โ€ข Able to work individually and with other to achieve project and organizational goals. โ€ข Understands and follows company standards to deliver consistent and predictable results. โ€ข Demonstrates specialized knowledge and abilities within service areas.
