Description
• Handle various accounts simultaneously • Research and reconcile problems concerning charges and payments • Correct/update customer information as appropriate • Document accounts with actions taken/customer requests • Place orders for customers as requested • Track shipments • Meet standard call center performance metrics • Perform other Duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • Strong oral communication skills • Takes initiative in problem-solving • Detail-oriented • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to empathize, build rapport, and de-escalate customers • Working knowledge of call center systems and/or workflows • Excellent written communication skills • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and Word (preferred) • Working knowledge of call center systems and/or workflows (preferred)
