• Backend design and development in Java using Spring Boot • Design and development of REST / RESTful APIs • Use of AWS Developer tools and AWS Cloud Technology • Manage User Authentication • Architecture design and implementation • Maintain database designs and develop scripts • Review code to identify inefficiencies • Analyze software requirements • Develop and maintain system design documentation • Assist with UI design and functionality discussions and testing • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful Services, Java 8, Java 17 • AWS, Docker Containers • Application Servers: Tomcat • Databases: MySQL or other relational databases • Tools: Git, Docker, JUnit, JMeter • Familiarity with Apache OpenJPA, WebSphere, DB2, GitLab (preferred)
