📋 Description
• The Data Engineer implements, scales, hardens and expands data methodologies • This role will help scale data ingestion, feature engineering, and identity management • Efforts will result in new, accessible, cataloged data sets meeting quality checks • Expected to become a growth trajectory into a leadership position
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with Python-based Databricks, and preferably one year of experience • Python 3, SQL, and git experience • Experience with SQL and Relational Databases, like PostgreSQL or Snowflake • Solid experience in Linux; particularly in a CLI environment over SSH and working familiarity with small bash scripts (for big scripts, we like to use Python) • Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field • Have a good work ethic, a desire to be efficient, learn and be challenged, and be self-driven and motivated • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
