Description
• Join Medstar Transportation as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Dispatcher. • Answer incoming calls and assist callers positively. • Assign trips to drivers and determine billing eligibility. • Communicate effectively with clients and drivers. • Review schedules and respond promptly to drivers.
Requirements
• Have excellent attendance and show reliability in all aspects • Knowledge in State, federal, DOT, and ADA regulations regarding transportation • Customer service experience • Excellent communication and written skills • Proficiency in all necessary computer programs and dispatching software • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google docs • Typing speed of 40 WPM • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
