📋 Description

• Accounts payable duties, including invoice and payment processing • Treasury management, including cash flow analysis, cash flow forecasting, cash position monitoring and supporting multi-currency transactions • Employee expense review and processing • Purchase order management • Record financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies, maintaining accurate records in the general and sub-ledgers • Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts monthly. • Support internal and external audits as required • Support the month end and quarter end closing cycles, ensuring timely closing, reconciliations, reporting and analysis across all ledgers • Support the implementation of new and evolving technical solutions (ERP, expense management system, BI tools, etc…)

🎯 Requirements

• Working towards or completed a professional accounting designation (CPA) • 1+ years of accounting experience • Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and apply accounting standards • Ability to understand and implement accounting process and internal controls • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with ambiguity • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (excel, PowerPoint, etc…) • Strong work ethic and team oriented with the willingness to learn and be hands on • Able to work independently and in a team environment • Well organized with a strong commitment to deliverables and deadlines • Experience working with NetSuite considered an asset
