Description

• As Financial Analyst, be part of FP&A function at Motive. • Drive performance through KPIs, ensuring financial integrity and policy compliance. • Lead and support others, engaging belief in the strength of the business. • Support the creation of a respected and high performing Finance function. • Control LoB’s monthly and quarterly financial reporting and ensure accuracy. • Manage Sales Commissions accounting and payments. • Ownership of Planning and Forecasting cycle along with effective financial processes.

Requirements

• Holds an Accounting Qualification (CPA or similar). • Experience of multiple entities / countries / currencies within a Group organization. • Understanding of project accounting and software accounting concepts. • Strong on use of accounting/ERP software, comfortable with Microsoft Office tools. • Demonstrates strength in application of current technical accounting knowledge. • Ability to perform analysis on data, deliver insightful observations and valuable recommendations.
