📋 Description

• Implement and deploy products for new and existing clients. • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with customer expectations. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives. • Provide expert advice and best practices to optimize the use of our software solutions. • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions to connect our software with clients’ existing systems and applications. • Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. • Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients. • Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction. • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using our software. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical manuals. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets. • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products, services, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience. • Relevant certifications are a plus. • Expertise in network integration. • Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions and technologies. • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in systems integration. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization. • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely. • Seeking candidates with strong English language skills, both written and spoken, for clear communication and effective collaboration. • Portuguese/Spanish language skills are a plus. • Looking for candidates with advanced Java and JavaScript programming skills. • Deep expertise in consuming RESTful and SOAP-based web services. • Strong understanding of LTE/5G, eSIM technology, and industry-standard protocols like TR-069, MQTT, and others. • Expertise in remote device management, configuration, and monitoring within broadband and network environments. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Javascript, Python, CSS and SQL. • Experience working with APIs and data integration tools. • Experience with XML and XSLT transformations. • Experience analyzing HTTP/HTTPS traffic, especially around troubleshooting. • Experience with working on Linux OS environments at an operational level. • Understanding of IP networking, including knowledge of switching, routing, and firewall concepts. • Knowledge of storage systems, including operation process of databases such as Oracle and MariaDB. • Strong SQL skills are a plus. • Understanding of geo-redundant software and database solutions, with an emphasis on ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities. • Cloud computing experience, including hands-on experience with platforms like OpenStack, AWS, and Kubernetes. • Experience with virtualization technologies, like VMWare and KVM. • Familiarity with application and web servers, particularly WebLogic, Boss and Apache. • Knowledge of Apache’s Camel framework is a plus.
