• Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. • Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. • Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that deliverables are met according to plan. • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. • Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders. • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, including senior management and clients. • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery. • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program objectives. • Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and best practices. • Implement processes to monitor and improve project quality. • Monitor program budgets and ensure financial resources are used effectively. • Track expenses and manage budget variances. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and methodologies. • Share lessons learned and best practices across the organization. • Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management and other stakeholders. • Provide insights and recommendations based on program performance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Advanced degrees and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CSM, CSPO) are a plus. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). • Exceptional leadership and team management skills. • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving program goals. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Experience in identifying and resolving issues proactively. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. • A client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
