Description
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful documentation of new features. • Working knowledge of documentation for a product by understanding its features so that all the key information is captured from the customer’s point of view. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of research findings, design specifications, and development processes. • Ensure that documentation is clear, accurate, and up to date. • Continuously evaluate and improve existing products. • Identify and address technical debt, performance issues, and areas for enhancement. • Gather and synthesize technical information throughout the development lifecycle. • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. • Ensure that development milestones and deadlines are met. • Ensure deliverables are easily accessible to internal and external customers.
