Description

• Design and development of curriculum, courses, and eLearning modules • Facilitate & deliver customer-facing training sessions • Designs learning activities and assessments • Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop course content • Conducts needs analysis for new projects • Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs • Manage projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure on-time & high-quality delivery • Manage stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the design and development process • Decide criteria used to evaluate learner performance and develop assessment tools to measure • Analyzes, updates, and refines existing content • Support instructional design team members through design jams and project reviews

Requirements

• 3+ years of Instructional Design experience • 1+ years of training facilitation or classroom delivery preferred • Software as a Service (SaaS) customer-facing training required • Exceptional communication (both verbally and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Experience with project management • Experience with e-learning design platforms such as Articulate 360 • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio and video scripts • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines • Telematics industry experience preferred • Spanish or French Language proficiency preferred
