• 5-7 years of experience implementing incentive compensation systems, with a focus on Xactly. • Proven track record in technical roles involving rules configuration, data integration with SFDC and Workday, result analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvements. • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in reporting and analytics, with an ability to leverage data for decision-making. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different functions. • Conceptual and practical expertise in incentive compensation systems, with strong problem-solving capabilities. • Experience leading projects and influencing team OKRs.
