• Own risk and fraud analytics in Motive financial products division. • Perform deepdive analysis to share with leadership, identifying risk and fraud opportunities • Manage roadmap for the team • Collaborate with data science team on model improvements and adjustments • Mentor more junior analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, e.g. Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Statistics • 7+ years experience in quantitative analysis • Python and SQL, advanced working knowledge, and fluent in data analysis and mining tools. • Quantitative risk or fraud analysis and understanding of financial concepts involved in understanding customer risk. • Strong quantitative reasoning skills • Business problem solving- Candidate should be able to clearly articulate the business problem and solution in simple terms
