• 5-8 years of experience with Salesforce.com implementation (design, configuration, deployment, lightning flows) • Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions • Proven track record of managing Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption. • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Developer • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders • Comprehensive experience on debugging and troubleshooting in Salesforce • Strong organizational and business analysis skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently, manage and develop smaller scale projects • Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience • Experience in maintaining system documentation • Knowledge on Salesforce.com configuration best practices
