📋 Description
• As a Technical Sourcer you will help attract our most valuable asset: our high caliber people. • Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. • Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong technical talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs. • This person will report to one of our Lead Recruiters to support hiring for Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, and more.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer • Experience using Greenhouse • Domain expertise with Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Product Design, Data Science, and AI/ML • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge) • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously • Advanced sourcing training is a plus i.e.: Boolean Search, LinkedIn, AIRS certification, etc. • College degree preferred
