Description

• Responsible for managing projects from bidding stage through proper installation and contract closeout, within a large regional area. • Oversees the entire estimating process, including preparing and/or coordinating the preparation of comprehensive estimates for large and complex projects. • Provides complete conceptual and total bid prices, directing all aspects of the estimating functions. • Reviews and evaluates requests for estimates and project quotes. • Consults with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation. • Prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, equipment, labor, estimated costs and construction time. • Plans layout of projects and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong ability to work in fast pace, high pressure environment • Excellent computer skills and capability to adeptly operate software necessary for Project Management; including but not limited to AutoCAD products, Adobe Products, BIM viewing products, and Microsoft products • Strong customer service skills • Maintains excellent regular attendance, punctuality at work to ensure a high-quality and timely response for customers • Must perform work accurately and with a sense of urgency and integrity while paying strict attention to detail
