Identify a client’s pain point and push through a solution. • As a RevOps Consultant at Go Nimbly, you’ll be advising and overseeing roadmaps for companies on their Sales technology stack and processes. • Guide clients by presenting options, discerning trade-offs, and providing your recommendation. • Document requirements and workstream plans. • Rapidly prototype, test, build, deliver, and measure the success of your solutions. • Learn and work in different sales and marketing technologies, including Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, and related applications. • Contribute to Go Nimbly’s internal knowledge-base, whether through sharing successes and learns, problem-solving with others, or leading trainings. • Manage client relationships.
• 2-5 years of experience as a consultant or member of a Sales Ops team • Deep Salesforce admin knowledge and experience; Salesforce.com certifications are a huge plus; you should be comfortable with configuring Flows, fields, and objects • Experience with sales engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, etc. • An ability to map business processes, flows, and data models; and to take requirements for other team members to execute • Adaptable, curious, and a lifelong learner—we’re growing quickly and need your flexibility • Ability to facilitate meetings and demonstrate consensus-building skills internally and with external clients • High attention to quality and detail
