• Lead building organizational learning machine for data-driven iterations • Design end-to-end data system with Engineering team • Ensure OKRs and KPIs are effective and visible • Investigate performance issues and recommend improvements • Lead cross-functional analytical projects for various functions • Build strategic models and financial decisions
Requirements
• 3 years of work experience in a business analytics or data analytics role • Quantitative by nature with an MBA or Master's in Analytics or Mathematics • Technical skills include SQL, Business Intelligence Tools, beginner Python proficiency • Ability to create complex strategic and financial models • Confident in polished, persuasive presentations • Ability to visualize data and analytic insights for stakeholders • Effective project manager who notices emerging issues • Enjoys new challenges and finding best approaches
