Description

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to user behavior, vehicle utilization, market trends, and operational performance. • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools. • Deep dive into customer service metrics to inform on strategy for owner and driver retention. • Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets. • Work closely with business owners including Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance to understand and identify key business questions, challenges, and KPIs. • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks that ensure the quality, consistency, and security of data across all BI solutions. • Lead end-to-end BI projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 3+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related role, preferably within a tech-driven or mobility-focused company. • Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar; strong SQL skills. • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like Databricks. • Experience managing project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in a methodical and structured way.
