Description
• Own analytics for Privacy, including stakeholder relationships, prioritization, and project management • Produce and provide insights to key stakeholders in the Privacy team to support data-driven decision making • Analyze and translate business needs into long-term data models to support data democratization • Partner with Customer Experience leadership to further enable team performance and productivity • Design, execute and analyze A/B tests to make high-impact changes to the customer experience
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Analytics • Strong SQL skills (Snowflake a plus) • Experience with DBT, specifically DBT core • Experience with Python and Git (experience with Github actions a plus) • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business concepts and technical implementations • Experience with experiment design and A/B testing • Experience working on a consumer product and/or with customer facing teams is a plus • Fintech experience is a plus
