Description
• Work with the Executive team to build organizational learning and enable data-driven iterations. • Design GoodParty.org's end-to-end data system in partnership with Engineering team. • Investigate performance and make recommendations for improvements. • Build strategic and financial models to inform decisions.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of work experience in a data science or data analytics role. • MBA or Master's with an Analytics or Mathematics focus. • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, AI tools, ETL processes, and data pipeline management. • Ability to create complex strategic and financial models. • Ability to visualize data and analytic insights for stakeholders. • Effective project management skills.
