📋 Description
• Lead Gifted Savings' high school investment education program. • Design meaningful curricula and strengthen school partnerships. • Optimize student success and ensure program engagement. • Champion financial education with innovative approaches. • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product and executive leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in program management, education, ed-tech, or nonprofits focused on high school youth and financial literacy. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • Strong curriculum development expertise for remote learning platforms and/or short-form video content. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in analyzing data and implementing action plans. • Experience using technology, including project management tools.
