📋 Description
• Build intuitive, inclusive, and accessible tools for candidates • Turn product requirements and designs into working software • Build out AI and LLM use cases into products • Identify and maintain site-wide design standards • Collaborate with agile team using CI/CD and Kanban methodologies • Work with product and design teams and report to CTO
🎯 Requirements
• Strong JavaScript skills and experience with React.js • Knowledge of API best practices • Excellent CSS/SCSS skills with ability to create accurate, responsive designs • 4+ years of relevant full-time work experience • Interest in AI, LLMs, and automating tasks through AI • Technical and analytical skills to diagnose, isolate, and resolve problems • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
