Description

• The Engineering Manager is responsible for a team of software engineers and partners with technical product management and other engineering leaders to deliver business outcomes that enable Goodway Group to acquire and retain customers in the short and long-term. • Responsible for the overall productivity and technical road-map of the team they supervise, including management of technical debt to ensure that productivity stays high over time as well as compliance and security initiatives. • While this is a fully remote role based anywhere in the United States, travel will be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant industry experience with 3-5 of those years being in management. • Flexible leadership style, with the ability to work with team members across different departments. • Ability to allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise. • Identifying potential risks in projects and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
