•Gorilla Logic provides nearshore Agile teams to Fortune 500 and SMB companies. •As the Director of Delivery, lead delivery of projects and foster client relationships. •Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure while driving continuous improvement. •Manage a team of delivery managers and consultants to achieve strategic goals. •Act as the first layer of escalation contact for clients to ensure successful delivery. •Collaborate across departments to design tailored engagement solutions for clients. •Monitor performance metrics and oversee financial management. •Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement through metrics and data models. •Understand cloud engineering and software development to meet client needs.

Requirements

•10+ years working in the software industry. •6+ years in client management. •6+ years in people management with experience in hiring, retention, and performance management. •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or equivalent technical expertise. •Solid technical background with a good grasp of modern software development methodologies and technologies. •Data/metrics-oriented with a track record of making data-driven decisions. •Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. •Experience working directly with customers.
