Description

• Shippo R&D is seeking a Staff Product Manager to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Label and Rating APIs. • Responsible for planning and releasing features and services that enable customers to fulfill their orders. • Champion for customers, driven by customer empathy and business acumen. • Define success metrics rooted in customer adoption and business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience • 2+ years of experience with external-facing API products. • Proven track record of delivering great products end-to-end from strategy through execution. • Ability to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute methodically. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for a variety of audiences with a wide range of technical skill levels and backgrounds. • Willing to wear many hats and collaborate with all levels of the organization. • Experience with eCommerce order fulfillment a plus. • Experience with parcel carrier integrations a plus.
