• Respond to comments and DMs on clients' brand pages on TikTok and Instagram. • Comfortable engaging with online communities with punny comebacks and polite replies to complaints. • Keen eye for detail to spot trends in social media.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in engaging with online communities on various platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. • Up to date on current social media trends and can identify what fits our client's tonality, objective, and audience. • Keen eye for grammar and spelling for error-free communication. • Good sense of humour and comfortable creating witty replies and/or copies. • Ability to identify crises and alert the wider team immediately to develop appropriate responses. • Ability to report on account activities to inform the wider team and client. • Native speaker of English. • Available for around 7-10 hours weekly, during the week, and on weekends.
