• Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) Wanted • Gotham Enterprises LTD is looking for a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our private practice. • You will provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families dealing with the effects of trauma and abuse. • Our programs range from outpatient to residential care, supporting emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. • Provides counseling and crisis intervention services, including the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues in patients. • Collaborates with family members and/or the support system on treatment plans and discharge planning. • Communicates patient progress, concerns, and potential issues to physicians. • Ensures timely and accurate documentation, including clinical and progress notes, as per department policy. • Works with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans, including discharge plans, based on psychosocial assessments and recognized social work interventions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling from an accredited program. • Current license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to practice in the state of employment. • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting preferred. • Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team. • Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and related technology.
