β€’ Serve as primary counsel and one-to-one relationship builder to prospective learners β€’ Educate prospects about online degree programs, career outcomes, financing, and licensure matters β€’ Navigate the decision-making and application process β€’ Develop an advanced understanding of the lead and application process β€’ Manage a strong sales cycle and pipeline through multiple interactions β€’ Guide prospects through Capella’s consultative enrollment process β€’ Leverage automation tools and complex software applications to manage learner data β€’ Commit to continuous training and development to become experts on a dynamic product offering β€’ Improve learner persistence by creating personalized pathways for learners

Requirements

β€’ Consultative inside sales of a complex or intangible product offering β€’ Higher education admissions β€’ Recruiting β€’ Financial Services - Mortgage/Real Estate β€’ Educational or training-industry sales β€’ Referral-based sales roles β€’ Fund-raising for non-profit organizations β€’ Retail sales of high-end solutions which require in-depth customer interaction β€’ Displayed track record of advanced performance and ability to meet objectives β€’ Ability to work in a goal driven and measured performance environment β€’ Excellent time management, interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills β€’ Evidence of organizational accomplishments in a productive and contributive team environment β€’ Highly motivated, self-starter and able to relate positively and professionally with prospective learners and University colleagues β€’ Experience with comprehensive customer-decision cycle, which often entails multiple contacts β€’ Experience representing high-value products and services to a diverse customer base β€’ Expertise leveraging customer-tracking software applications and tools β€’ High achievement-orientation and drive β€’ High service-orientation β€’ Experience creating and maintaining strong customer relationships β€’ Ability to work 9am-6pm with periodic late coverage from 11am-8pm
