We have openings for licensed Mental Health Therapists in California to provide virtual care as independent contractors. Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, diagnose, and provide treatment for adults and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges. Deliver telehealth therapy sessions through secure video and phone platforms, ensuring the highest standard of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient well-being. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.

🎯 Requirements

Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in California. Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Strong ability to connect with clients and foster therapeutic relationships. Detail-oriented approach to session management and documentation.
