This role involves managing our client portfolio, streamlining operations, and driving business growth through sustained client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing and account management professional adept at using digital tools to enhance company strategy and performance. • This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role. • 2+ years in Digital Marketing. Ideally, with a marketing agency. • Proficiency in Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google AdWords + Analytics. • Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive). • Familiarity with additional marketing techs tools like Motion, Replo, Foreplay. Etc. • Strong client-facing experience with exceptional communication skills. • Outstanding organizational skills and project management ability. • Ability to handle client scheduling, project intake, onboarding, and other client interactions efficiently. • Update weekly reporting agendas. • Schedule calls. • Manage task completion in ClickUp and Slack by internal/external experts and Project Manager. • Sending recap emails and client comms. • Status check on reporting documents. • Support onboarding new clients. • Support onboarding new services for active clients. • Most of this will happen in Clickup, Google Slides, Notion, and Slack. • They will also need to be proficient in comprehending: • Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Business ManagerGoogle Ad words, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo etc. • Some titles they may have had in the past are client success manager, marketing analyst, account manager, etc.
