Description

• A boutique law firm specializing in plaintiff-side employment litigation seeks a dedicated and motivated Associate Attorney to join its remote plaintiff-side employment litigation team. • The firm is committed to advocating for employee rights and fighting for justice in cases involving workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage disputes. • The ideal candidate must be California-barred and reside in the state (preferably in LA, San Diego, Irvine, Sacramento, or San Francisco). • This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment where legal skills can make a meaningful impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience with a strong focus on employment law in California. • Active California Bar license in good standing. • Strong litigation skills, including experience managing cases from intake through trial. • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw. • Excellent legal writing and drafting skills. • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards in work product. • Expertise in California employment law and civil procedure. • Strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining consistent communication with the team. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
