Description

• Sales Leadership: Build, lead and manage the sales team, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives, and Account Managers, to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Player / Coach: During the initial sales-team building period, operate as both a player and coach, owning and delivering a personal quota as the team is hired and delivering results. • Business Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base in the media agency, service business, software, or B2B SaaS sectors. • Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement. • Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute sales growth strategies, leveraging market insights and data to drive informed decision-making. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. • Performance: Establish and implement KPIs aligned with business goals, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. • Reporting: Provide efficient, detailed and accurate reporting to company leadership on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to ensure TLNT remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within a B2B business environment in roles responsible for revenue generation in excess of $20m+ per year. • Proven experience in growing and managing sales teams in a media agency, service business, software, or B2B SaaS environment. • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Comprehensive knowledge of business development and growth strategies. • Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • High-level of written and spoken English. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Customer-focused with a passion for driving client success.
