Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an employment litigation attorney. • Active membership in the California State Bar (required). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to manage a case independently. • Strong negotiation skills. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload. • Collaborative mindset, willing to contribute to a positive team culture.

Benefits
