Description

• Manage billing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). • Assist in tax filing coordination and monthly close processes. • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support budgeting and strategic planning. • Provide HR support including payroll administration and benefits management. • Collaborate with multiple departments to analyze financial data. • Assist in audit preparation and ensure internal controls are in place.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field – or equivalent experience. • 2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role, preferably in a small to mid-sized business. • Familiarity with AR/AP processes, payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting. • Strong proficiency in Xero, MS Excel, Google Workspace, and other relevant software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial data to various stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Experience with internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
