• Gradient AI is a fast-growing startup delivering AI and ML solutions to insurers. • Seeking a Senior Project Manager to help define processes and develop major product initiatives. • Responsible for liaising with clients to ensure goals are met and processes are optimized.

Requirements

• 15+ years of project management experience • A strong process improvement background • PMP or similar certification highly preferred • Experience using common project management tools like Jira and Smartsheet • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders • High attention to detail and ability to stay organized with multiple responsibilities • Working in the insurance industry is a plus
