Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives at Caraway Home, guiding major product launches and GTM strategies. • Oversee the entire Program and Go-To-Market process from concept to consumer. • Drive collaboration among Product, Marketing, and Creative teams for seamless execution. • Manage project plans and workflows, aligning stakeholders on goals and timelines. • Leverage analytical skills to track KPIs and enhance program performance. • Identify risks and implement contingency plans for program success.

Requirements

• 6+ years in program management, GTM strategy, or marketing operations within consumer goods or digitally native brands; experience in product development preferred. • Skilled in managing complex project plans, timelines, and workflows, with a track record of delivering efficient, high-quality results. • Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Creative, Growth, Digital Product, and Retail. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to KPI setting, performance tracking, and strategy optimization. • Expert in designing scalable, efficient processes and simplifying complex projects into clear, actionable steps. • Excellent written and verbal skills, effective in stakeholder alignment and change management. • Proficient with tools including Asana, Monday.com, Slack, Google Suite, Figma, Notion, MS Project, and Visio. • Passionate about design, home goods, and sustainable, non-toxic living, aligning with Caraway’s mission and values. • Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, business management, or related field preferred.
